Description
We are looking for a loving pet home only for our 10-year-old male red show-type cocker spaniel due to a major change in family circumstances. We are now fostering our four grandchildren and need to reduce the number of pets in our home so that we can continue to give all animals the time and attention they deserve.
He is Kennel Club registered, in very good health for his age, with no known health issues, and fully up to date with vaccinations.
He is very good with children, other dogs and cats, and has always lived as part of family life.
He can be a little nervous in new situations, so he would suit a calm and understanding home where he can settle at his own pace. He is not neutered following veterinary advice, as we were advised neutering may worsen his nervous temperament.
Once settled, he is affectionate, loyal, and enjoys companionship, routine, and a settled environment. He would particularly suit someone looking for a calmer older dog and who understands spaniels.
We are committed to finding the right home where he will be loved and well cared for.
