Little 4yr old terrier X ‘Suki’ such a sprightly & loving wee lass- great with other dogs & deserving of love after she was abandoned pregnant and scared © A little bit about me in the welfares words Suki is like so many of her counterparts, a spirited inspiration. A devoted mother despite being too petrified , confused & hungry to care for herself, she has come through it to become the poppet you see today. Her existence has been one of neglect and cruelty & she was left to get pregnant when she’s only diddy herself. Suki looked so vulnerable and lost alongside her pups when she was first taken to the government shelter. As a charity I wanted to help her when I first saw her back in March/April of this year. The vet considered her too timid though that was then-alls it takes is time and compassion. Look how her confidence has grown now she’s away from her abuser. They don’t need much to feel at ‘home’ and that morsel so relished by them is almost pitiful to observe.
