It breaks my heart to write this, but I’m looking for a wonderful new home for Phoenix, my happy, friendly 5-year-old mini Poodle/Labradoodle. Phoenix has been with me since she was 3 months old. We lived in the countryside and travelled in a campervan, so she’s grown up with lots of space, long walks and an active, adventurous life. My circumstances have changed and I’ve had to return to full-time work. Even with a dog walker, I can’t give Phoenix the time and lifestyle she’s used to, and having different dog sitters is starting to unsettle her. I want to find her a home where she can really thrive. She would be perfect for an active family with older children, a retired person/couple, or someone with a garden who enjoys lots of walking and adventures. Phoenix is fully trained, very clever and incredibly funny. She does tricks, loves fetch and has excellent recall. She’s good with other dogs and cats and was even raised around free-range chickens. She is 5 years old, not spayed and currently based in Essex. She hasn’t had puppies but the ad wanted me to fill that part in for some reason? Finding the right person and a loving, permanent home for Phoenix is much more important to me than finding one quickly.
