Quick Facts - Male - Breed: Long black fur, smoke undercoat - 10 years old est. - George is on the senior promo which means his adoption fee is 1/2 price (£50-£100 sliding scale) I hope you’re a home body! Because this boy is a lap cat to the nth degree. Gorgeous George is a fluffy black boy with perfect tuxedo details including snow white whiskers and a big floofy tail. He has a secret “smokey” (i.e. great and black flecked) undercoat. It is visible just now as he’s recently had a partial shave (we believe due to matting). His foster says that George will make you late for your plans as he sits in your lap, purring the night away. He even does a polite little paw tap to let you know that he’s open to pats! George also enjoys chasing a treat ball and winning all the treats. George made his way to GPC when he was found by one of our fosters living in a tenement close. Turns out that his previous guardian had been taken into a care home for dementia, leaving him with no safe place to go. George will need regular brushing as it’s hard for him to keep up with his luscious coat. He also needs ongoing pain management for arthritis. Ideal Home - Indoor or indoor / outdoor ok - does not like dogs - Potential for cohabitating with another cat - Possibly compatible with children
