It honestly breaks my heart to write this — I truly don’t want to do this at all. But I know in my heart I can’t keep them all, and if I did, I wouldn’t be able to keep rescuing and helping more cats in need. So it’s with a very heavy heart that I’m looking for the perfect forever home for Kano.
What Makes Kano So Special
• Incredibly loving — honestly one of the most affectionate cats I have ever met
• Loves to cuddle! — such a cuddly, snuggly boy
• Funny little bursts of energy — he has his playful, silly moments too!
• Wonderful with others — gets along perfectly with all my cats and dogs — such a friendly boy
• A little shy at first, but so worth the wait — he can be reserved when you first meet him, but once he trusts you, he is the most loving, devoted boy ever
• Loves his food! — not fussy at all, easy to please
• Neutered
📖A Little About Him
He came to me with his brother Kabal, but I’ve decided it’s best they go to separate homes. They never interact or play, and before they were neutered they would fight quite a lot, even after being neutered they keep their distance. They’re both much happier and more relaxed apart.
🏡 What He’s Looking For
• A calm, loving home — he’s gentle and sensitive, so a quiet environment suits him best
• No young children please — due to what he experienced in his previous home, he needs an adult-focused home or older children. If you do have children, please let me know their ages so I can be sure he’ll be comfortable.
• Patient people — he may be shy to begin with, but give him a little time (just under a week) and he’ll open up completely
• He can live with other calm, friendly cats or dogs — he gets on wonderfully with both! — or he’d be equally happy as your one-and-only special boy
• Indoor only home — no free roaming
• Someone who will cherish him for the sweet, loving soul he is — he has so much love to give.
