Working Spaniel – Lovely, Energetic Girl Date of Birth: 4 July 2025 Microchipped: Yes Vaccinations: Fully vaccinated Flea & Worm Treatment: Treated regularly Breed: Working Spaniel She is a beautiful, affectionate girl with lots of energy and personality. As a working-breed spaniel, she needs an active home where she will get plenty of exercise, attention and mental stimulation. She is very good with other dogs and absolutely loves her ball. Once the ball comes out, you pretty much have her full attention! She is fully toilet trained and will only go outside. She listens to commands well and has good recall. Being a working spaniel, her nose is naturally always busy when she’s out exploring, but she regularly looks for you and checks that she can still see you. Despite all her energy outdoors, she settles beautifully in the evening. She is a really loving and affectionate girl and even loves having her paw rubbed while she falls asleep. She is crate trained, although this is still relatively new to her, so she may cry for a little while when first put into her crate. She also travels very well in the car. She has a lovely little routine after her walks. She’ll jump on top of her crate onto her blanket and happily let you wipe her paws. She will even lift each foot for you, which makes cleaning those muddy spaniel paws much easier! She also absolutely loves having a bath and is very good when being washed. Afterwards, she loves being towel dried and fussed over, which she seems to think is all part of the treat! She currently eats dry dog food twice a day. She would be best suited to an active home with someone who understands working spaniels and the amount of exercise and stimulation they need. She has plenty of energy and loves being out and about, but once she’s had her exercise, she’s equally happy settling down and being affectionate. She really is a lovely girl with a fantastic personality. Finding the right home for her is the most important thing — somewhere she will get plenty of adventures, exercise, attention and, most importantly, love.
