A proper all round weimaraner!! How they always used to be bred!! Excellent working attitude yet couldn't ask for a better family dog with children and other dogs. Sane, sensible and very gentle. Very good looking lad, stunning face and excellent confirmation. Hip score 6:4 = total 10 (below bred average) Highly attractive inbreeding coefficient of only 3.4%!!! 100% proven with every mating producing litters averaging 8-12 Exceptionally gentle with his ladies, calm, kind and relaxed in approach (perfect for maiden matings or those who previously have had negative experiences) knows his job.

They are better suited to people who enjoy the great outdoors
In the right hands a Weimaraner is easy to train and learns new things quickly
Better suited to people who live in the country or who have large secure back gardens

Cons

Not the best choice for first time dog owners
Can be dominant and wilful at times
Weimaraners hate being left on their own for any length of time and suffer from separation anxiety
Weimaraners need a tremendous amount of mental stimulation and vigorous daily exercise
