Meet Jax ❤️ Jax is a loving, affectionate boy with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He loves nothing more than being around his people, receiving plenty of attention and affection, and enjoying long walks where he can explore and have fun. Jax can be left home alone for up to four hours and is happy to settle during this time. When his people are around, though, he loves being involved and enjoys plenty of fuss, attention and love. Jax does have some important needs that his future owner must understand. He has previously bitten someone and can be possessive over his food. For this reason, he needs an experienced and responsible owner who is confident around dogs and understands the importance of respecting his boundaries. He must be given space and left completely undisturbed when eating, and his food and high-value items need to be managed carefully. Despite these challenges, Jax has so much love to give. He is looking for someone who will be patient with him, understand his individual needs and give him the time, exercise, consistency and affection he deserves. Jax would love nothing more than to find his special person and enjoy a happy, secure life filled with long walks, cuddles, attention and lots of love. ❤️ Jax is not a dog for everyone, but for the right experienced person, he could become a truly wonderful and loyal companion.
