Myrtle Moons Waiting List Now Open
We are now opening the waiting list for an exciting upcoming Myrtle Moons litter.
Mum is a beautiful black tortie carrying blue from my own carefully developed lines, and dad is a striking black smoke van, also carrying blue. Both parents are genetically clear and this will be the first litter for both, so kitten pricing has been reduced to £1400 while we watch how these babies develop and mature.
Expected colours may include:

✨ Solid black
✨ Solid blue

✨ Red boys
✨ Red smoke boys
Some kittens may also inherit white spotting/van patterning from dad.
Our kittens are raised fully within the home as part of family life, with a huge focus on health, temperament, confidence, and socialisation.
Kittens will not leave until a minimum of 13 weeks old and will leave with:
✨ Vet checked twice
✨ Vaccinated
✨ Wormed and flea treated
✨ Microchipped
✨ Care pack
✨ Lifetime guidance and support
We are a closed cattery and do not offer routine home visitations due to the health and biosecurity of our cats and kittens. However, we provide regular photos, videos, video calls, and weekly updates throughout your kitten’s journey with us.
As something new we are currently trialling, we may offer one in-person visit at around 10 weeks old following first vaccinations, depending on how this works for both kittens and owners.
We are also now trialling a kitten application questionnaire prior to joining the waiting list. Unfortunately, after one or two difficult experiences involving changed circumstances and disrupted placements, we have made the decision to introduce a more structured homing process moving forward.
The aim of this is simply to ensure serious, suitable, and well-prepared homes for our kittens from the very beginning. Successful applicants will then be added to the waiting list.
As this is a first litter for both mum and dad, anyone reserving a kitten must also agree to remain in contact with regular updates and photos as the kittens mature. Ongoing development updates are incredibly valuable to us and help support the future development of our breeding lines.
Please note that joining the waiting list does not automatically guarantee a kitten, as we carefully match our kittens to the homes we feel best suit their individual temperaments and needs.
Deposits are non-refundable unless in exceptional breeder-led circumstances. We also reserve the right to decline or cancel a reservation at any stage if we feel the placement is not the right fit for either the kitten or the family. Our priority will always be the long-term welfare and stability of our cats.
I also want to add that these changes are absolutely not a reflection of the wonderful owners who already have Myrtle Moons kittens. The vast majority of our owners have been incredible, supportive, communicative, and have become a genuinely valued part of the Myrtle Moons journey.
