đź“ť ABOUT CLEO
Beautiful medium‑sized girl, 3 years old — she is the ultimate cuddle buddy and just wants to be right by your side all day long! She is the happiest dog to just flop down on the sofa, lay next to you, snuggle up, and relax — she loves nothing more than quiet days and being close to her people.
She has been staying with me while recovering from hip surgery, and will be 100% fully healed, fit, active and pain‑free with no restrictions from 17th September 2026 onwards — her surgery has been a complete success and she’s doing brilliantly.
✅ Great with children: She lives happily and gently with a 3‑year‑old child here, very patient and loving with kids.
âś… Other dogs: She would prefer to be the only dog in the home, but will happily live alongside other dogs and gets on well with them.
✅ Being left alone: She can be a bit destructive if left loose on her own, but she is perfectly happy, settled and safe in a crate — this works brilliantly for her and she sees it as her own little space.
✅ Walking & training: She is strong and does pull on the lead, so she will need someone happy to continue her training and work on loose lead walking — she’s smart and learns fast, this is just a habit she needs help to break.
✅ Cats: She has NOT been cat tested, so we don’t know how she would be around them — best suited to a home without cats.
✅ Noise & routine: She is alert to loud noises, so she does best in a calm home that’s not too chaotic or noisy.
✅ Personality: Affectionate, loyal, super easy‑going indoors, loves her food, loves her walks, and is the best sofa companion you could ask for. She loves routine and feels safest when she knows what’s happening.

🏡 WHAT SHE NEEDS IN A HOME
✅ Loving home where someone is around often — or happy to use a crate when you’re out (she loves it, no problem at all)
✅ Someone happy to do a bit of training — mainly just working on her lead pulling, she’s keen to please
âś… Secure enclosed garden for her to potter, sunbathe and relax in
✅ Calm household — she notices loud noises, so no constant chaos or busy roads nearby
âś… No cats (untested, so safest this way)
✅ Can be only dog, or live with other dogs — either works great for her
✅ Perfect for families — proven brilliant with young children
❌ Not suited to homes where she will be left alone for very long periods, or homes with cats

Cleo is such a lovely girl — equal parts lazy cuddle bug and happy walker. She’s been through a lot, and just needs someone who loves her, is patient with her little habits, and gives her the quiet, safe life she deserves.
We believe she may have a hint of Lurcher in her due to her lean shape and speed
