Alina was very communicative in the lead up to collecting our new kitten, sending us lots of photos and videos, and helping us pick out a litter tray and advice on which food and litter to use.
Our kitten has settled in wonderfully, very playful and cuddly. He's been for his checkup and first vaccination at the vets and they've confirmed he is a healthy boy!

Very trustable, sent lots of updates after deposit. Cares a lot for her animals and makes sure they get 5 star homes only. Very welcoming in person, gave plenty of advice. My kitten is super healthy and very well looked after. Highly recommend this lovely lady :)

Alina was really helpful and communicated well, provided lots of pictures and videos, as well as doing a video call. She provided details of the litter and food which helped the kittens transition to their new home well. The kittens appear to be in good health but haven’t yet been to the vets.
