Hello.
I am rehoming my beloved staffy Dexter. Unfortunately after a ten year relationship ended and my ex partner decided to rehome our boy.
I am in a situation myself where I have had to move back to my mother's and dexter is need a family or a person who can give him attention.
My ex partner never worked and he was used to having someone with him 24/7 this has caused separation anexity.
He is also very reactive to dogs and cats so would have to be a single dog home. He lived with a older female dog before and cat no issues but outside he will try and attack other dogs and cats.
But what you get in return in a dog that has saved me from mental health issues with his big heart. He will forever be your shadow, wonder what your doing and give you cuddles 24/7. 99 percent of the time he is the most loving boy and it absolutely breaks my heart that I am in a situation where I can put the time due my work and being single he is just playing up as he loves a family home.
He is toilet trained but In a new environment he is known to cock his leg up. He isnt neautred this was from pets advice as he was attacked when he was young.
I am not asking for any money I am asking for someone ideally with time and to give him a little bit of training and most importantly to share the rest of the life with him i will be incredibly picky.
It absolutely break my soul that I have to give him away as a 40 year old man with no kids he is like a son to me but I am in a rock and a hard place.
