Description
We are looking to find a loving new home for our 1-year-old Cockapoo. This has been a very difficult decision, but due to work commitments we feel he would be happier in a home where someone is around more often.
He is a very affectionate, energetic boy who loves being around people. We believe he has some separation anxiety, so he would be best suited to a home where he is in around a person all day, ideally a work from home situation or to be left no longer than 2-3 hours.
He is fully toilet trained and knows basic commands including sit, down, and paw. His recall still needs work, especially around other dogs as he can get easily distracted.
He will need an active home with a large garden, plenty of exercise, attention, and someone experienced with dogs who is committed to continuing his training.
He cannot live with cats. He may be able to live with older children but not younger ones, as he can be quite jumpy.
We are in no rush to rehome him and will only let him go to a home we feel is 100% right for him. Our priority is finding a caring, committed home where he will be happy and well looked after.
