ROSCO IS IN THE CARE OF LURCHER LINK RESCUE
Rosco is a male 11 month-old lurcher. He is 20” to the shoulder and weighs about 19kg. He's currently in a foster home with 3 other dogs and a cat in the WEST MIDLANDS
💚CAT-FRIENDLY - Rosco has grown up with cats and is now in a foster home with a cat.
💚Dog friendly - Rosco is good with other dogs and loves playing (although he's still young so can be a bit full-on at times).
💚Child-friendly - Rosco has previously lived with young children and is very good with them. However he is still at the mouthing stage so any children will need to be dog-savvy.
💚Housetrained
💚Very good at the vets, very well-behaved
💚Rosco is very trainable and eager to learn. He listens to your every word and has already learnt the commands sit, down and stay.
‼ Requires further training to walk nicely on the lead - currently Rosco pulls on the lead
❌ Not suitable to be left home alone for long. Rosco sadly has separation anxiety and needs someone around for much of the time.
‼Rosco lacks experience of the world and can be very wary - he would be best rehomed with a female dog who would be a confident role model
💚Rosco is very cuddly and loves to snuggle up close to you. He’ll make a lovely family dog
