🐾 MONTY – 6 YEARS OLD, MALE TERRIER MIX 🐾 📍 Nuneaton area Meet Monty, a small terrier mix weighing around 7.5 kg, who is currently in the UK and searching for a calm, understanding forever home. Monty had a difficult start to life and can lack confidence in unfamiliar situations. At times, the world can feel overwhelming for him, but when he is relaxed and feels safe, his personality begins to shine. He has the happiest little face, a wonderfully waggy tail and absolutely loves rummaging around in the undergrowth on his walks — a very important terrier job! Monty has made good progress with his current carer, but he will need time, patience and reassurance while settling into a new home. He tends to form a strong bond with one person and will look to them for comfort and guidance. 🏡 Monty’s ideal home: 🐾 An experienced, adult-only home 🐾 Terrier experience would be preferable 🐾 A quiet and patient environment 🐾 A private garden is essential 🐾 No cats 🐾 Preferably the only pet, as he can be nervous around other dogs 🐾 Humans who will allow him to settle at his own pace without pressure Monty is not looking for a busy household or an adventurous social life. He is looking for someone kind and experienced who will understand that trust takes time and who will appreciate every little step forward. With patience, consistency and love, Monty has the potential to become a loyal and devoted companion. Minimum adoption donation of £250 applies. ADOPTION IS SUBJECT TO A SATISFACTORY APPLICATION AND HOME CHECK. Post adoption support is available from our rescue. Our rescue must be informed at any time of a change in circumstances. Our dog must never be handed over to any UK Rescue or sold or adopted on without our knowledge. We will always endeavour to rehome our dogs when necessary.
