Description
This is Max.
He was rescued from a bad home situation on the 17th March 2026 where he was kept in a small crate that was shared with another German shepherd and also appeared under fed.
From what we were told, he is a German shepherd x Belgian Malinios (although he looks very much German Shepherd).
Unfortunately, we don’t know his exact birthday, only that he is 8 months old.
He will need a dedicated home that will be willing to put him through training and provide him with a lot of mental and physical stimulation as he is an incredibly smart boy.
He unfortunately doesn’t appear to have been trained, although we have been working on his basic commands in our care. He has been toilet trained.
He has made a bond with my partner but unfortunately due to his work commitments and the fact that I am also pregnant we are unable to keep this gorgeous boy.
Once he has built a good bond, Max has fantastic recall and doesn’t leave my partners side whilst out for walks.
My partner unfortunately will be going away to work in Manchester for 2 weeks from the 29th and I won’t be able to manage Max by myself during that time so we need to find a home for him before then.
We had added a price to encourage serious people only, he ideally needs somebody with experience who will be willing to put in the work that he needs. He shows amazing potential but definitely needs training to catch up and keep him working.
He is currently staying in Peckham. We may be able to drop him off to the right home but may need to request a contribution to fuel if far away.
