Due to the UK's cooler, damper climate, care requirements include providing a spacious, draft-free cage indoors with stable temperatures between 18-24°C, a balanced diet of high-quality pellets and fresh produce, and daily social engagement. Their moderate noise level and friendly nature make cockatiels a popular choice among bird enthusiasts looking for a loving, lifelong companion.
