Rehoming our gorgeous Spynhx girl.
We are needing to rehome our 1 year old Sphynx due to work commitments. We are regularly travelling away for work and have been getting family to look after her while we are away, however we do not feel that this is fair to her long term and are making the heartbreaking decision to rehome her to a family who can devote their time to her.
She is the most loving and sociable cat i have ever met. She is super playful and likes to sleep under the covers in between your legs. When she is awake she loves to be carried round like a baby, or perched on your shoulder.
She is incredibly food motivated and will eat ANYTHING. We have her on a diet of Untamed and Katkin, with the occasional biscuits from either of these brands.
She is an indoor cat, but we take her on walks regularly and i believe she would love outdoor access as well. She has never been around other animals so i could not say how she would react, however Sphynx are incredibly social animals so I'm sure that with slow introduction she would be fine. She has grown up with my 10 year old son who adores her, and she is fine around younger children as well.
She is spayed and microchipped, regularly flea and worm treated, and all of her vaccinations are up to date. We have her vet checked (including heart checks) every 6 months and she has always been cleared for any health issues. Her parents were clear of all health issues as well.
She reluctantly accepts baths, which we tend to only give every few months.
We are happy to include her Petsnowy robot litter box, as well as her cat towers and all of her toys and blankets etc. She travels well in the car in her pet carrier.
She needs a loving, devoted home to go to. She has been left on occasions for a few hours at a time and is fine, but she really needs the company of humans/other cats most of the time.
