Meet Lincswolds Gundogs

Hello and a very warm welcome to my new page, Lincswolds Gundogs. Firstly, I thought to introduce myself to give you an insight to my knowledge and experience in the gundog world and within the shooting field. My name is Richard King and I was born and bred in North Lincolnshire, on my parent’s Jersey herd dairy farm. I had a passion for horses and livestock in general at a young age. I started shooting at a young age, progressing to shoot on training days and my passion for working and training dogs stems from there. I thoroughly enjoyed training dogs and went on to join gundog clubs to later compete in tests and trials. After having great success at both tests and trials, I was then invited to attend The England Gundog Team selection process. I am honoured to have been an England Team Member for 12 years. I am proud to share with you that I have won the IGL Retriever Championship and the World Cup on more than one occasion, The Home International twice, as well as winning many other tests and trials. I am a National and International Retriever judge. I am also the National Business Manager at VetSpec, which is my main priority. All my dogs are exclusively fed on VetSpec Super Premium Complete Dog Food. Any enquiries welcome - beginner or advanced. Based in North Yorkshire.
