Ashbourne Kittens We are a small, dedicated hobby breeder specialising in Maine Coons and Ragdolls, with many years of experience with both breeds. With one of our closest friends being a senior veterinary surgeon, we ensure that our cats are always in excellent health and receive the highest standard of care. What matters most to us is that our kittens go to the very best homes. With over 20 years of cat companionship and 13 years of breeding experience, we have developed a strong understanding of best practices and are very selective when choosing our breeding cats. We were the first cattery to coin the name Ragcoon, having been among the earliest to recognise the compatibility of Maine Coons and Ragdolls. When you welcome a kitten from us into your family, you can be confident that you are getting a healthy, high-quality companion free from the common genetic issues that can sometimes occur through intensive pure breeding. Our pure breeding programme is currently being developed, but for now, our focus remains on raising happy, healthy kittens with loving temperaments.
