A little bit about us! Freyadore Cumbria. Higher Standard Breeder & Pet Care Supplies! Hello! I’m Lisa, founder of Freyadore Cumbria. With over 20 years of experience with dogs, they’ve always been more than just pets to me, they’re family. Freyadore Cumbria was born after COVID, when my partner Oli and I welcomed our first family dog, a Working Cocker Spaniel -KC Tynegreen Sheila (Zena), now proudly known as Tynegreen Sheila of Freyadore. Soon after, we added our Dachshund, Missy. We decided to breed Zena because she is an exceptional dog, very intelligent, quick to learn, and she is from outstanding FTCH bloodlines. We wanted to continue those great lines and contribute to the future of the breed. That’s where our passion for breeding truly began. After registering our Kennel Club name, we kept our first litter, and the Freyadore Cumbria family was officially born! Since then, I’ve proudly bred Cocker Spaniels, Dachshunds, and Dockers (Cocker × Dachshund crosses). I was even featured on Rover.com in an informative article about the Docker breed. Together, Oli and I have worked incredibly hard to build our small family business into what it is today. We carefully select only the finest studs in the UK, all with exceptional champion bloodlines from highly reputable field trial trainers. Our passion lies in producing healthy, well-tempered, and high-quality dogs, whether they go on to be champions or cherished family pets. 🫶🐶 We are fully licensed and hold ourselves to the highest possible standards. Each of our puppies is given the very best start in life, with daily socialisation that includes meeting adults, children, people with disabilities, and other dogs. This ensures they grow into confident, well-balanced companions ready for any environment. We’ve recently expanded our business to include a range of pet care products, tools, and accessories!
