Meet Maximilian's

Why are we rehoming our adults? This is by far the hardest decision we've had to make. At the end of this year, we'll be welcoming our first child into the world. As excited as we are to start this new chapter, we know it will bring big changes to our daily lives and the time we can dedicate to our cats. Our cats have always been family. They deserve the same love, attention, and one-to-one care they've always had, and we never want to reach a point where we can't give them that. Rather than keeping more cats than we can realistically provide for, we've made the incredibly difficult decision to find a small number of our retired adults the loving, permanent homes they deserve. This decision has not been made lightly. Every cat has been raised in our home with endless love, high standards of care, quality nutrition, regular health checks, and plenty of socialisation with people and other cats. Their happiness has always come first, and that won't change now. We aren't simply looking for someone who wants a cat—we're looking for someone who will love them as much as we do. Finding the right home is far more important to us than finding a quick home. We know saying goodbye will be heartbreaking, but we also know that giving them the opportunity to receive all the love and attention they deserve is the kindest decision we can make.
