Description

Ruby is a 4 (nearly 5) year old lovely yellow Labrador. She’s looking for a new forever home where she can spend her days being fussed over and loved. We are licensed breeders, she has been a fantastic mother and she’s had a couple of litters of wonderful puppies and she’s now ready to find a person or a family who will provide her with a fun and forever home. She’s still young and energetic, she loves her walks, she will walk forever! and she loves playing fetch, she’s great off the lead, great recall, walks nice on a lead too. She’s fairly bouncy so maybe older children would be better suited to her or someone with no children. We have four children aged 4-15 ourselves and she’s gets on great with them but she does jump. She gets on fine with other dogs on walks as seen in the videos and is housed with two in her kennel too but I think she would suit an only dog home better or someone very experienced with multi dog households as she doesn’t like to share her toys or food with other dogs but she’s absolutely fine with people taking anything from her and picking up her food and giving her treats. She prefers the company of male dogs to female dogs. She’s lived both inside a home and in outdoor heated kennels and happy in either as long as she gets plenty attention. She’s fully health tested through wisdom panel and clear for 263 conditions, she does have one gene for potential obesity (typical Labrador, greedy) so she will need her diet monitored if she gains weight. She recently had a little operation and drain in her right ear after bumping it and it’s fully healed now just a little odd looking now underneath. It doesn’t affect her hearing at all. She’s fully kennel club registered which you can see but I don’t want the papers going with her as I don’t want her used for breeding again so pet home only!
