It is with the absolute heaviest hearts that we are having to rehome our big gentle girl due to unforeseen circumstances. Please read this full advert, I know it is long but I will be vetting any potential homes for her as she's my everything.
Her heart is as big as she is and she absolutely adores nothing more than to snuggle up on the sofa and convince you she's a lap dog! She also loves tug of war and running after a ball or rope, but is just as happy with a chew in a comfy place.
She needs to be the ONLY DOG as she sadly does not get on with them if they are in the home with her constantly. She just really needs her own space to thrive where she can have all the attention and love for herself. She is good with cats however, and I am happy to bring in my fluffy boy cat on potential viewings so that if you do have cats you can see how lovely she is with them.
On walks, she's a great girl who doesn't pull on the lead. I'm 5'4 and very slight and I can walk her with ease. She is, however, severely nervous around other dogs due to her history before she came to us. This is easily managed by myself however, and she has met dogs in a calm environment inside and made great doggy friends. She would just not be suited for living with other dogs, or to meet a dog face-to-face out on a walk as she will bark and get distressed.
She is truly the light of my life, and this decision has not been an easy one at all. She's a large girl who would not be suitable for young children in the home, but older dog-savvy children would be considered.
She doesn't resource guard towards people, so you can take her toys and food bowl, treats etc. with ease. She knows plenty of tricks, such as sit, paw, down, spin, up, and so on.
She really is just the best companion you could ask for, and is full of endless love and silliness. Please ONLY enquire if you are SERIOUSLY considering rehoming her, as this decision is an absolutely heart shattering one for me and I cannot cope with the heartbreak of time wasters. I really just want the absolute best for her as she has been my love and life, and I just want her to find people she can call her own to bring love and life to as well, and for them to do so for her.
I am disabled and CANNOT DELIVER OR DRIVE, so please do not message if you can't come to meet her yourself. Anybody enquiring would need to come and meet her and myself in the home, it would not just be a case of handing her over.
