Meet Rocco, our lovely, clever and very entertaining Lorikeet! We believe Rocco is a 3 years young boy, although he has not been DNA tested. He certainly behaves like a little boy with a big personality! We originally rescued Rocco, and he has come such a long way. He is now more than semi-tame, enjoys attention and interaction, and has already started talking! Rocco can say his own name and has even learned all our dogs' names! He is a very intelligent little bird who picks up new words when you spend time talking to him. Unfortunately, we are moving away soon, and with our busy lifestyle, we simply cannot give Rocco the time and attention he deserves. We are looking for a genuine bird lover who will give him plenty of attention, talk to him, play with him and continue building his trust. With patience and regular interaction, we believe he has so much more to learn. Rocco will come with his large cage. This is not an easy decision for us, and finding the right home is much more important than a quick sale. Serious enquiries only, please. We would love Rocco to go to someone who understands parrots and will treat him as part of the family.
