Description

Dexter – Proven Fox Red/Yellow Labrador Retriever Stud Dexter is a proven, friendly and obedient Labrador Retriever with a fantastic temperament and athletic working-dog build. He has a strong chest, well-built back legs and a lovely yellow coat with distinctive fox-red colouring. Most importantly, Dexter has an exceptional temperament. He has been an amazing family dog and has grown up around our children, being wonderful with our daughter from birth and now with our baby son. He is therefore very much a family dog as well as a working gundog. We also have Dexter’s son, Ozark, so you are very welcome to come and meet him too. 🦮 Working & Gundog Experience Dexter is gundog trained and has a genuine love and drive for the work. He regularly goes out picking up and is a particularly keen sniffer, with a great ability to find runners. He is KC registered under Twistmount Pumpkin King. We are also happy to send photos of puppies from previous litters. The photos of the fox-red Labrador are of Dexter’s son, Ozark, who we have kept ourselves. 🧬 Health Testing * BVA/KC Hip Dysplasia: 5/4 – total score 9, a fantastic result * BVA/KC/ISDS Eye Scheme: Unaffected 💙 Stud Terms Covers 2 matings, 48 hours apart. If there is no successful pregnancy, we offer 2 further matings, 48 hours apart, free of charge the following season. 🦊 Dexter’s Son – Ozark We can also offer Ozark, Dexter’s fox-red son, at stud for £230. Ozark will be going into his second picking-up season this autumn and has inherited his dad’s lovely working ability and temperament. You are very welcome to come and meet either Dexter or Ozark before making any decision.
