Description
REGGIE IS IN THE CARE OF LURCHER LINK RESCUE
Reggie is a lovely happy young lad, full of fun. He loves to play with toys, his favourite being balls.
He's also affectionate and loves cuddles, he is very good with people.
Reggie is 25" to the shoulder and about 26kg.
Reggie is highly intelligent and very trainable. He knows sit, paw, high 5 and wait.
Reggie can be strong and bouncy on the lead at the start of a walk, but usually settles down.
Reggie was given up to Lurcher Link Rescue because his owner had to go back to working full-time and he wasn't coping well with being left for long periods.
Reggie is liable to some separation anxiety, but when he spent some time in foster home this did improve with careful handling. Reggie will need an understanding new owner who is willing to take time to slowly build up any time he is left alone. He would not suit being left for long periods.
Reggie is okay with other dogs when out on walks, but would not be suitable to live with another dog.
