Description
Lovely 9-month-old male alpaca available, born June 2025. He is by Hawthorn Chardonnay, with Lane House Artic Fire as his sire, giving him a fantastic pedigree.
He is a very friendly, inquisitive little chap who has been raised on a busy working farm, so he’s used to a wide variety of noises, animals and people. He currently lives in a mixed environment and is very relaxed around other animals — he happily stays in the herd with geese, isn’t phased by horses, and is very comfortable around dogs (he will even run around with them!).
He has recently started halter training and is progressing really well. He is also bucket trained and will happily come over for food.
He is currently going through BAS registration, which will be completed by the time of purchase.
This is a reluctant sale as we only have two female alpacas and unfortunately don’t have the space to separate him with another male companion long-term, which is what he will need to thrive.
