Description

His name is Arlo, we're Not sure of his background as he is a rescue from Romania, Male neutered dog, we had him roughly guessing around the age of 1 or just under, he's is roughly 5 now. He's got a beautiful little face and is lovely, we are looking to re-home due to our circumstances changing a lot since having him, with me getting poorly and not being able to take him out on his much loved walks as much as I used to, and although he has been fine with children, over the years I've noticed he tends to hide away from them, no fault of his own or theirs as they know to give him space and not go near him when in his bed, but I just think he struggles to trust children and adults in general, it's taken years for him to build a bond with my husband and a lot of perseverance has gone into it, I think previous to being with us maybe he's been traumatised around men, as he used to growl at men, although is definitely coming around now to most people/men I think he would really benefit from a quiet and calm household with no children who someone is a el to take him out on walks and give him the attention and love and fuss that he deserves. You will find that he will just stay in his bed a lot here, hardly moves and comes for a cuddle in evening once kids are gone to bed, he's not the best eater or drinker and tends to go off his food quite often, I've spoken to vets and they've said it's nothing to worry about.
