Welsh Springer Spaniels are a truly special breed, renowned for their affectionate nature, loyalty, intelligence, and striking red-and-white coats. They are devoted family companions who thrive on human companionship and are known for their gentle, loving temperament. Often described as the “Velcro dog,” Welsh Springers form strong bonds with their families and love to be involved in everyday life. This versatile breed is highly intelligent, eager to please, and enjoys both active adventures and relaxing at home with their family. Welsh Springers excel as family pets, walking companions, sporting dogs, and canine activities such as scent work, agility, and obedience. They are naturally friendly, sensitive, and trainable, making them wonderful companions for both experienced and first-time owners who can provide them with the exercise and attention they deserve.
