Description
Tino is a whippet bedlington cross who is 2.5yo. we have had him since he was 6 months old.
THE GOOD BITS:
Tino is a loving and snuggly boy who loves lying in bed with us on mornings and cuddling on the sofa in the evenings.
He is crate trained and sleeps in crate during the night. He is house trained.
He loves his walks with his dog walker and interacts well with our other dog and our house cat.
He loves his food (can be a stealer, so lock down your bins!) and has lots of stimulation with treats in snuffle mats and toys to chew.
He is an intelligent boy who can open internal doors in search of being where we are.
THE OTHER BITS:
We are taking the difficult decision to rehome Tino as he can be very reactive to other young children (not our own) coming into the house and has nipped two of them.
As a family of 5, with 2 of those young children we need to rehome Tino to a family with children over the age of 12yo.
Tino is also reactive when on on-lead walks and can become very agitated when seeing other dogs as he wants to go over to them.
He goes on weekly group walks with a dog walker where he is off lead with a muzzle and i am told that he plays really well with the other dogs. the muzzle is used to stop him nipping the other dogs during play.
Please, only serious people apply with interest - Tino deserves a loving home where he has owners who can give him time and attention.
