It’s with a very heavy heart that I’m looking for a new forever home for my 7-month-old Dogue de Bordeaux puppy.
He is a happy, affectionate, and playful young dog who is full of energy and curiosity — very much a typical puppy. Unfortunately, due to family concerns, I’ve had to make the difficult decision to rehome him. I live with elderly parents, and while he is not aggressive in any way, his size, strength, and playful enthusiasm are simply too much for them to safely manage.
About him:
• 7 months old
• Dogue de Bordeaux (French Mastiff)
• Loving, social, and playful
• Still very much a puppy — eager to learn and bond
• Would thrive with continued training and guidance
He would do best in a home with:
• Experience with large or mastiff-type breeds
• Enough space for him to move and grow comfortably
• Someone who can provide training, structure, and affection
• No frail or elderly household members who could be accidentally knocked over
This decision has not been made lightly. My priority is finding a home where he can grow into the wonderful dog I know he’ll become.
