We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Dean and Di, or with our new puppy.
From the outset, communication was excellent. They kept us regularly updated with messages, photos, and videos, which made us feel involved as our puppy grew, and they were always happy to answer questions promptly and clearly.
We were really reassured by being able to visit and see our puppy before collection. The facilities are clean, well maintained, and clearly focused on the dogs’ welfare. It was also very reassuring to see how good condition mum was, even while nursing the litter, which spoke volumes about the care and attention given to her. Being able to complete the process securely through Pets4Homes also gave us additional peace of mind.
Our puppy’s temperament is a real credit to them. She has settled in beautifully, sleeping well, eating confidently, and already doing very well with toileting. She is calm, curious, and clearly had an excellent start.
We also appreciated the care taken on collection day. She had been bathed and properly exercised beforehand, which meant she was relaxed and settled for the drive home.
As breeders, Dean and Di set a very high standard. They are thoughtful, responsible, and clearly put the wellbeing of their dogs first. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
