🐾❤️ MEET JETSON – LOOKING FOR HIS FOREVER HOME ❤️🐾 Meet Jetson, a beautiful boy who has just turned 2 years old and has so much love to give. 🐶❤️ Jetson is a loving soul who can make an amazing family dog in the right home. He absolutely adores children and has been around children of all ages, from babies upwards. He forms strong bonds with his family and is a loyal, loving companion who wants to be part of the family. 🏡 A little about Jetson: 🐾 Just turned 2 years old. ❤️ A loving, loyal boy who thrives on attention, affection and being around his people. 👶 Has experience around children of all ages, including babies. 🐕 has lived with cats he loves them just constantly wants to play. He Can be okay with smaller dogs, particularly females, but introductions need to be handled carefully. 🚶‍♂️ Has lots of energy and needs plenty of exercise, stimulation and things to keep his mind busy. 🎓 Has started basic training and would benefit hugely from someone who has the time, patience and commitment to continue his training and help him reach his full potential does have issues with pulling. 🏠 House-trained and okay with being left alone. 🐾 His experience with other dogs: Jetson used to be very good with other dogs, but unfortunately, he was involved in a dog fight, during which my partner was also bitten.Since this incident, Jetson has become less comfortable around male dogs and some larger, and occasionally medium-sized, dogs. Because of this, we feel it is important to be completely honest about his needs. Any introductions to other dogs would need to be done carefully and responsibly.We believe Jetson would benefit from a home where his needs can be prioritised without the added pressure of managing interactions with unfamiliar dogs. ❤️ Why are we looking to rehome him? This is an incredibly difficult decision for us, as Jetson is loved, and this is not a decision we have made lightly. We unexpectedly welcomed another baby into our family, and with everything that comes with having a young family, we have sadly found ourselves unable to give Jetson the time, attention, exercise and training he deserves. We started working on his basic training, but after having another baby, this had to be put on hold.Life has become overwhelming, and we have had to be honest with ourselves about what we can realistically provide for him right now. Jetson deserves so much more than we can currently give him. He needs someone who has the time to invest in him, give him plenty of exercise, continue his training, provide mental stimulation and shower him with the love and attention he craves. 🏡 The home we want for Jetson: We are looking for a loving, responsible home that understands owning a young, energetic dog takes time, patience and commitment. Someone who will give him structure, consistency, continued training and the opportunity to thrive. We want someone who will see his potential and give him the chance to be the best version of himself. This is not about finding him just any home; it is about finding him the RIGHT home. Jetson does choose his people so it will be who he shows he is the most comfortable with. Please understand that this decision comes from a place of love. We want Jetson to have the life he deserves, even if that means admitting we can no longer give him everything he needs.
