Nikita is a lively, affectionate girl who is eager to please and absolutely thrives on human companionship. She’s still very new to home life after leaving the shelter, so she’s looking for a patient and understanding family who can guide her as she learns the world isn’t such a scary place 🌍
✨ About Nikita:
Loves being outdoors – a secure garden is a must 🏡
Enjoys toys, chews, lick mats & enrichment games
Very clever and observant – she WILL learn quickly with the right guidance
Affectionate and enjoys being close to her person 🐶💞
Nikita is currently living with cats but this has proven difficult, so she would be best suited to a home without cats (at least initially).
She would thrive in an active home where she can burn off energy and continue her training. She is starting to learn recall and basic commands, and she enjoys 1–1 training sessions – she just needs someone with the time and consistency to continue her progress.
🐕 Important Notes:
Still building confidence with visitors and new situations
Has not yet started regular walks – a secure dog field is recommended initially
Mostly house trained and improving daily
Can be a little anxious, so patience is key
Currently on medication which may temporarily affect toileting
Nikita is a wonderful dog with so much potential 💫 She just needs the right home, structure, and love to truly shine.
💔 Reason for rehoming: Sadly, the resident cats are struggling to feel safe, and despite best efforts, this isn’t something that can be resolved in the current home.
