At Paradise Parrots, our beautiful Galah Cockatoo has been lovingly hand-reared from hatching, receiving dedicated one-to-one care, daily interaction and positive reinforcement from the very beginning.
Each baby is DNA sexed (awaiting results) and certified, fully socialised and raised with the care and attention needed to help them develop into confident, affectionate and well-adjusted companions. They are carefully prepared for their forever home and leave us ready to continue building a strong bond with their new family.

Every morning/evening, our babies have dedicated time outside of their cages to play, explore, interact and spread their wings in a safe and stimulating environment.
We also introduce positive reinforcement and gentle handling from a very young age, helping them become comfortable with everyday experiences such as:
Entering and leaving their cage.
General handling.
Nail and beak care.
Target training.
Wearing a harness.
Being calmly transported and handled in new environments.
Our aim is to give every baby the best possible start, helping them grow into confident, trusting and adaptable companions.
Through consistent interaction and careful socialisation, our babies become comfortable around people and are introduced positively to a variety of everyday sights, sounds and experiences.
Your Support Doesn't End When You Leave Us!
Before your baby goes home, we provide a personal one-to-one handover, ensuring you have all the information you need to provide excellent care from day one.
You'll receive a guidance pack on:
Nutrition and feeding.
Housing and enrichment.
Handling and training.
Daily care.
Ongoing wellbeing.
We are also available for aftercare support, so you can feel confident knowing that guidance is available as your new companion settles into their forever home.
To make the journey home as safe and comfortable as possible, every baby also leaves with a FREE travel cage, toy and a bag of pellet/seed mix.
We can also provide a full range of carefully selected accessories and enrichment, including quality cages, toys and Java wood perches and trees, allowing you to create a stimulating and comfortable environment for your new family member.
Choosing a parrot is a very special commitment, and we believe you should have the opportunity to meet your potential new companion, ask questions and learn more about their care before making your decision.
We are always happy to answer your questions and arrange a visit so you can meet our beautiful babies in person.
Please note that this baby is currently
only 8 weeks old and will not leave for at least another 4-6 weeks approximately, we do not rush weaning with any of our babies and will only leave when I am 100% confident they will thrive in their new home.
