🚂 MIA’s Story – Saved From the Tracks
Mia and her sister Lia were abandoned on railway tracks.
Wrapped in a small blanket.
Left there without protection, without food, without a chance.
Thankfully, railway workers noticed them in time and moved the tiny sisters to safety near an abandoned shed.
It was pure luck — and human kindness — that saved their lives.
Mia survived something no puppy should ever experience.
And yet she remains gentle.

Mia is the slightly smaller sister — currently around 7 Kg — and expected to grow into a small-to-medium sized adult.
She lives in a yard environment and:

Adrian and the team at Friends inDEED have been wonderful. We were able to go meet our dog with her sisters and we were in frequent communication during the adoption, and since with updates etc. We were also provided with some food, and lent a harness & lead to bring her home. She has already been incredibly well trained for a rescue dog as we have had no toilet accidents and she is already wonderful on her lead.
