We have made the incredibly hard decision to part with our beloved Cockapoo, Bubble.
We have had Bubble since she was 8 weeks old and sadly since our daughter was born in January do not have the time to care for Bubble as we did pre-baby and we want to find a forever home for her where there is the time to give her the life she deserves! I work a demanding job which regularly requires me to be out of the house for days at a time and with a 3 month old baby we are struggling to find the time. Bubble has been the centre of attention since we had her and whilst she has adapted to the new baby, she is not getting the attention she deserves. She is used to having 2-3 good walks a day so needs someone active who will take her out and let her spend long periods of time sniffing and stretching (she doesn't mind wearing her dinosaur coat in the rain!)
Bubble is a very gentle dog, suited to being the only pet in the home and could live with older children - she is very gentle with our daughter, laying next to her, licking her hands, etc. but does not have experience of living with children and is still a puppy at heart despite moving from adolescence to adulthood so may not be suited to small children due to her bounciness and want to be involved in everything.
Bubble is very playful, loves tummy rubs and lots of fuss and treats and saying hello to other dogs when out. Her recall is very good so we let her off lead as much as we can as she loves to run around! She needs a garden in her new home as she likes to lie in the sun and sniff and investigating things.
We would hope that the right person would be willing to keep in touch, at least to begin with in case of any questions and so we can check in to see how Bubble is getting on as she is very much part of our family. She's currently snoring on the sofa next to me as I type.
