Pickles is a 10-month-old Belgian Malinois x GSD crossbreed, looking for the right home. This is a heartbreaking decision made purely due to a change in family circumstances - he is deeply loved, and we’re determined to find him the home he deserves, not just any home. About him: Pickles is exceptionally intelligent and, for his age, remarkably well-trained. He already knows sit, down, place, leave it, get it, spin, speak, heel, centre, guard and break - and he learns fast. He’s affectionate, eager to please, and happiest when he’s got a job to do. Pickles is a true Malinois, so high energy, high drive, and not a beginner’s dog. He needs: • An experienced owner who knows the breed • Serious daily physical exercise and mental work — he needs a job (training, scent work, sport, working) • A home with no cats or small animals — he’s a typical adolescent with a strong prey drive that’s still developing; he’d do best as an only pet, or with a confident, dog-savvy dog • A secure home and garden He’s at the classic “teenage” stage, so brilliant, but still growing into his impulse control. In the right hands, with the right outlets, he’ll be an outstanding dog. Health: vaccinated / microchipped / health checked We’re looking for the right match and are happy to answer any questions.
