Description
Two much-loved mixed breed rabbits — 1 doe and 1 buck — born 31/05/2024, both neutered and vaccinated, are looking for a wonderful new home together.
They are currently living in Inner London in a large hutch (6.57 ft x 2.67 ft x 3.26 ft) with permanent day-and-night access to a 3m x 5m roof terrace, so they are used to having plenty of room to explore and exercise. Because of this, I would ideally like them to move somewhere with similarly generous space, preferably with access to grass or a more natural outdoor environment.
They are active, curious rabbits who love running around and doing binkies. They also have a large pot of soil which they enjoy digging in.
Neither rabbit particularly enjoys being picked up — especially the doe — but both are affectionate in their own way and happily enjoy nose strokes and gentle cheek massages once they feel comfortable.
Their diet consists of pellets and lots of hay, regularly supplemented with fresh grass, kale and other greens, plus the occasional bit of fruit.
I would especially love to hear from someone experienced with rabbits who can offer them a safe, loving home, ideally in a protected outdoor setting away from predators. They are not litter trained and produce an impressive amount of rabbit poo (as the video demonstrates!), so a compost heap or garden setup would definitely be a bonus — perhaps a suburban or semi-rural home would suit them best.
The main reason for rehoming is simply that I believe they would thrive even more in a greener, more natural environment with plenty of protected outdoor space.
Please do get in touch if you think you could offer these two a kind and suitable forever home.
