Description

Two bonded female and male kakarikis ready to leave together as a pair. Born in march and February these two are inseparable now and are likely to breed in the future. The yellow and red is the male and the green and red is the female. They are gentle parakeets and not to loud they are foragers so enjoy foraging on cage floors for seeds or dried sage plants. They would need a large enough cage so they can be active and forage also lots of enrichment and their food is a mix of small fruit and seed which should accompany fresh fruit and veg every other day. They like a medium/ large water bowl so they can bathe to. Never give AVOCADO as this is highly toxic but please do your research on what they can safely eat. We are in the West Yorkshire area Huddersfield and if close we can safely deliver these parakeets for fuel costs if you have a set up already.
