Description

Jack is the most beautiful soft gentle boy that needs a quiet home with someone that has time for him and can take him to the next step. Jack came to me in November 2025 with a very dysregulated nervous system and had huge amounts of trauma as he came from a farm and had never been in a house before. I've got jack to a good place now where he will happily play with any dog and signs of his outstanding trauma are minimal. He has been living with 2 other border collies that he loves and adores and can live with another dog. He is also ok with cats. That said jack will still need time and someone who understands him that is patient who can spend that one on one time with him. There are many sides to jack however when he is triggered by sudden sounds such as kids playing, people on bikes he goes within himself and needs time and gentle persuasion to bring him round. Once you've got him back he will wag his tail and come for fuss. He adores cuddles and love and will go up to anyone for a cuddle, he loves to play with any dog and will always come back when you call him so he really has come miles. My circumstances unfortunately have just changed as my landlord wants to move back into the house I've been renting from him for the last 2 years so I'll be relocating shortly and I can't take jack with me. I want to find the right home for Jack now that works for him that is quiet and with someone that can give him what he needs.
