Description
I am looking to rehome my Blue-fronted Amazon parrot due to personal reasons and lack of time to give him the attention he deserves. I would like him to go to a responsible and caring home, preferably with someone who has experience with parrots.
I have had him for about 2 years. When I bought him, he was said to be around 6 months old, so he should be approximately 2–3 years old.
He is healthy and generally quiet. He is not fully tame but will eat food from your hand. He spends most of his time comfortably in the cage and sometimes flies around the house and returns back to the cage on his own.
He was already untamed when I bought him, so he may need patience and time from an experienced owner to build trust and become more social.
The parrot comes with a large cage. When I originally bought the parrot and cage together, it cost around £1000.
