Please read the criteria for a new home for bear definitely no dogs or male cats but will definitely need another female cat if being left for substantial amounts of time Rehoming him as he’s stressed by our dogs Bear is a beautiful very very affectionate black smoke Devon Rex he would cuddle with you all day if you let him and will be totally devoted to his human and he gets on well with female cats and he’s so full of character he’s very affectionate and you will be all he cares about please do your homework on the breed they act like kittens all their lives 😄 Bear is however a special cat he was born with no sternum and a large hernia which means you can see his little heart beat and it can be seen in one of the videos but bear doesn’t know there’s anything wrong with him and it has never affected him he is healthy and other than being neutered he’s never had to go to the vet he’s an indoor cat though will sit in the garden with you I’m heartbroken at having to rehome him but he’s not tolerating my dogs and despite giving him safe spaces the dogs can’t access he’s now confining himself to the kitchen and I feel it’s no life for him he also doesn’t get on with other male cats in the house he bullies them but he’s fine with the girls he really is a character and a more lovable cat you won’t find I just feel it’s not fair on him he would need to be in a quiet home with no dogs and no male cats but preferably another female cat as he does like to cuddle with the girls when he can’t cuddle with his humans and someone around a lot to give him as many cuddles as he wants he’s very people oriented and wants to be part of everything you do if your interested in bear and can offer him a loving home where he will be the centre of attention then please message me a bit about yourself and why your interested in having him I would also like that you meet bear first and then if it’s the right fit we can arrange a collection day Devon Rex cats are not normal cats so please be aware they crave attention and interaction from their human and can’t be left alone for long periods if your going to have to leave him for a substantial amount of time then he would definitely need another female cat If for any reason it doesn’t work out I ask that bear be returned back to me no explanation required Please enquire only if your seriously interested I always reply to messages so if I don’t reply within a few hours I haven’t received your message so please message again as this has happened previously on another enquiry
