Description
Beautiful Indian Blue peahen looking for a caring forever home. Estimated around 3 years old.
She came to us as a stray/abandoned bird and has since been given care, treatment, and time to recover and settle. She is now eating well, active, and improving nicely.
She has been treated for external parasites and has had supportive care while regaining condition.
Due to previously living loose/wild, she will need to be kept securely in an aviary or enclosed setup for a minimum of around 6 months before any supervised free ranging is considered, to allow her to fully settle and bond to her new home.
She would suit someone experienced with peafowl or an established aviary/flock. Only rehoming as we are unable to keep her long term.
Looking for around £150 to reflect the care, feed, and treatments already invested in her. Serious enquiries only.
