Description
This is Storm. He is a 1 year old Siberian husky (possible cross with a German Shephard). He is microchipped and vaccinated but not neutered. He is full of energy and very friendly with people. We have only had him a few days so not sure how he gets on with other dogs. So far he has ignored dogs while on a walk unless they barked at him and he then barks back. He has seen our cat (from inside his crate) and just watched him but we have not had him out the crate with the cat in the same room. We think he has a high prey drive and are worried about him with our cats (we were misinformed by the previous owners who seemed to just want to get rid of him quick). He is also underweight, in the last couple of days we have managed to increase the amount he has been eating which is good. We have also (with a halti lead) improved his pulling while walking. He is very smart, very cuddly and loves to be around people. We don't feel Storm is suited to our family with the cats and think he would be better going to someone who has had previous experience with huskies. We have all loved having him and would like to see him settled somewhere before we become even more attached than we are now.
