Iwan is such a lovely person who obviously cares very deeply for his dogs, he provided excellent communication throughout the process and even allowed us to meet our puppy through video call as we lived 5 hours away. He provided us with a puppy pack and gave us very detailed information on how to care for our pup Hugo moving forward, we are delighted with our little man and canāt thank Iwan enough!

Iwan kept me informed about my puppy Toba all the way through the process and advised me on the all aspects of puppy care. He also went out of his way to accommodate me on the best date for me to pick up Toba after 8wk .
