Description
We are very pleased to announce that Grace, our KC registered Silver Standard poodle has given birth to a healthy litter of puppies by our beautiful elegant Deerhound long-dog Torren. We currently have 5 boys and two girls available
Both parents are our much loved family pets so you are welcome to meet them and have some time with them, they are both sweet, loving and very playful . This is their first litter of puppies and we are not planning another, we are not professional breeders so not interested in making lots profit, but we are interested in finding people who have lots of time and love to invest?
Deer-Doodles are quite rare, they offer all the cute cuddly traits and strong genetics from the poodle, that all doodles have, with the elegance and grace of the deerhound long-dog.
The Deer-Doodle puppies are all black with individual splashes of white on their chests and bellies and some have some white toes, they may turn lighter over time as their mother was born black and is now silver? Both parents have coats that don’t moult or shed hair, Grace needs to be clipped every 6 weeks or so, Torren has a rough woolly coat and needs grooming a couple of times each week with a pin brush. Torren was blond as a puppy but is now silver-grey.
Our puppies will be raised in our family home , with their parents, where all the commotion goes on, they will used to all household noises and smells.
Each puppy will have their 1st vaccination, health check, and microchipping, they will be wormed every 2 weeks till 8 weeks old.
We welcome home visits from 4weeks old (4th February) as by then they start showing their individual characters
When you have chosen your boy or girl there is a £350 non refundable reservation fee with the balance to be paid prior to the collection date.
The puppies will leave with a blanket with mums scent on, and a puppy pack with information on their journey to date.
We feed the parents on raw food diets and plan on weaning the pups to the same, as we feel that this is the most healthy option as we don’t believe in feeding dogs carbohydrates.
The puppies will be ready to leave around the 4th March 2026
