Description

We have five beautiful female Huskamute puppies available, bred from much-loved family dogs and raised in the heart of our home. PUPPIES' BREEDING These puppies are 75% Siberian Husky and 25% Alaskan Malamute, giving them a distinctive mix of the bear-like size and steadier temperament of the Malamute bloodlines with the striking looks and social nature of a Husky. On their father's side, they come from established Alaskan Malamute show lines, including Amelhuk Empire of New Era at Artictundra, who has shown and placed at Crufts over several years. It's a pedigree that shows in both their looks and their calm, confident character. MEET THE PARENTS Dad is a two-year-old 50% Siberian Husky and 50% Alaskan Malamute – a large, powerful boy who combines the best of both breeds with an unusually affectionate and gentle nature. He's highly intelligent, understands a wide range of spoken communication, and has excellent recall and obedience for a northern breed. Despite his size, he's gentle with smaller animals (he's often found curled up, or gently playing with our 2kg cat while she pulls out her best ninja moves to take him down) and is trusted off lead around my horse and on a busy livery yard – we share a great deal of trust, a close bond, and he is a dear friend. Mum is a two-year-old pure Siberian Husky with a striking wolf-like appearance and an equally striking personality. She moves with a quiet authority – often so gently and softly that you don't notice she's there until you feel her lean into you. She's deeply affectionate, forms close one-to-one bonds with her people, and is never happier than curled up beside you on the sofa or bed. She is also highly intelligent, communicating what she needs throughout her pregnancy and nursing through understated cues. WHAT THE PUPPIES ARE LIKE These puppies are a wonderful combination of both their parents’ personalities. They are remarkably calm, affectionate and genuinely people-focused. As soon as you enter the pen they climb onto laps, seek cuddles, and happily settle when held. They seem naturally comforted by touch and will relax completely in your arms. Northern breeds have a reputation for independence, but the dogs behind this litter have always been exceptional companions first. These are puppies that become part of the family – the kind of dog owners talk about for years afterwards. HOW THEY'RE RAISED From birth, the puppies receive daily handling and have completed ENS (Early Neurological Stimulation) and ESI (Early Scent Introduction), are following a regular worming programme, and are being weaned onto a premium raw diet (Paleo Ridge). As they grow, they'll be introduced to a range of household sounds, surfaces and experiences to help them become confident, well-rounded adults. Toilet training has begun using indoor artificial grass mats/trays, and at just four weeks old, these babies are already using the grass when it's time to go. From around six weeks they'll start meeting our adult dogs – of varying ages and temperaments – and our resident cat. RESERVING A PUPPY We have 5 girls available: • Ash: Mask with agouti colouring • Star: White star on forehead • Nighttime: Solid black with wavy fur • Delta: Solid black with white triangle on chest • Finley: Popular northern mask, like her dad We like to get to know prospective owners properly before anything is finalised. The process starts with a video call, so you can meet us and the puppies, followed by an in-person visit. Visits can take place from six weeks of age. Puppies will be ready to go to their new homes at ten weeks – giving them valuable extra time with their mother and littermates to develop important social skills. A deposit of £450 (25% of the £1,800 price) secures your puppy, with the remaining balance due before they go home at ten weeks. WHAT'S INCLUDED Each puppy leaves us with: • A full veterinary health check • Microchipping • Vaccinations appropriate for their age • Worming up to date for their age • Five weeks of ****************** insurance • A puppy pack with food, toys and a scented blanket • Feeding and care information to help with the transition home • Puppy contract These puppies are a much-loved part of our family, and finding the right homes for them is extremely important to us. We are always happy to answer questions and offer support and advice throughout your dog’s life. If circumstances ever change and you are no longer able to keep your dog, they will always have a home with us. We are looking for loving, committed homes where these puppies will be valued as family members and given the care, companionship and training they deserve.
