Description
With heavy hearts, we are looking to rehome our dog, Slinky, due to a major change in our family with the arrival of a new baby. This decision was not made lightly, but we believe it’s the most responsible choice for everyone involved.
Since the baby arrived, Slinky has been having accidents inside the house. We believe this is related to the stress and adjustment of the new routine, and feel she would do best in a calmer environment where she can receive more one-on-one attention and consistency.
Slinky will be 2 years old in May and is a miniature dachshund. She is a playful, cuddly little girl with lots of personality. She loves her morning routine (especially sitting with us while we have a cuppa tea), absolutely enjoys sleeping in bed with us, and is very affectionate — she thrives on closeness and companionship.
Our priority is finding a patient, loving home that understands her needs and can give her the time, stability, and affection she deserves. We are focused on finding the right home, not rushing the process.
